Sleep well — every night is an investment in your body and mind! Sleep is Your Nightly Repair Shop
Why Sleep Matters
Most healing and regeneration happen while you sleep. Chronic lack of sleep is linked to heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, obesity, depression, and low immunity. Quality sleep is vital for energy, health, and emotional balance.
Quality vs. Quantity
Deep, uninterrupted sleep is more important than just hours in bed. Sometimes 8–9 hours still leave you tired if sleep is shallow. A calm mind helps you sleep deeper.
Ideal Sleep Time
* Aim to sleep by 10–10:30 p.m.
* The body’s deepest repair happens between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.
* Wake up at the same time daily to support your body clock.
Tips for Better Sleep
* Avoid screens at least 1 hour before bed (blue light disrupts melatonin).
* Try deep breathing, gentle stretching, or meditation.
* Read, journal, or play soft music before bed.
* Write gratitude journal or reflect two/ three good things happened during the day .
* Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool.
