Choose to live in present moment accepting it fully without any label like good or bad. Mind has tendency to keep going in past or future and in the process, we miss enjoying present moment. We are eating a very delicious food, but our mind is not in present moment, then we will miss the taste of food. So, what is a way out? Giving 100 % in any task howsoever small. By doing this, we will remain in present moment automatically.

There is a life transforming book “Power of Now” written by Eckhart Tolle. Eckhart says, “We all have a treasure of radiant joy and unshakable peace in ourselves / within us. Unfortunately, we look for joy, peace, love from outside, from objects, from people, from events. The treasure within us not only includes what we are looking from outside but also infinitely greater than anything the world can offer. Again, how to achieve it? By watching the mechanics of the mind, you step out of its resistant patterns. If you no longer want to create pain for yourself and others, make the present moment as primary focus of your life. Mind will again sometimes try to label present moment as unpleasant or unacceptable.

Now since you are observer, you will not come in this labelling trap of mind. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. This will miraculously transform your life. Your attention is fully and intensely in now – present moment. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you have chosen it. Always work with it. Make it your friend. This will miraculously transform your whole life.”

So today onwards start living in your present moment , accept the moments as it is… Enjoy the taste of the food you eat… enjoy everything around you …,Start living in the present .. Start living the life..
