When the mind is happy. everything feels good. But a person is not always happy. To remain happy and healthy, we should always try to find good, whatever is in front of us. However, we often focus on the negatives & this is not right. When we remain positive in every in every situation, we move forward . Even when we make a mistake , we should not blame ourselves excessively. This helps keep our minds balanced and happy. If you want to stay happy, you should do work joyfully. Family is an important part of our life. Whenever we are upset, it is the family that supports us. We should spend time our family and make it a habit to have dinner with them. When we eat with our family, we engage in conversations. If a family member is facing a problem, a solution is often found, and the bond becomes stronger.

Our friends also play an important role. Even spending just a few hours with friends makes our hearts feel light. Whenever we praise someone ,we feel happy. It makes our relationship stronger and keeps us content.

We work 8 to 12 hours a day . We should do our work with full dedication and a happy heart. Only then will we find success in it. If you want to stay happy,

either love your work or learn to love what you are doing. On the other hand , if you complain about your work, how can people appreciate it? So, whatever work you are doing, do it wholeheartedly and happily. Always try to learn & upgrade yourself with the regular knowledge enhancement.

We should also develop the habit of forgiving. When we forgive someone, we become bigger as a person, and our minds remain happy and peaceful. If we forgive someone, we will feel free and happy from inside.

So, remain Happy, Healthy by having a positive outlook towards life & always be grateful to the almighty God for whatever you have.
